adequate stay downtown

perfect location helpful staff local ingredients small room dim lighting central atrium

The location was perfect. It was easy to reach main attractions. staff was genuinely helpful and attentive to my needs. the rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape from the city buzz, and i found soft towels there. breakfast included fresh, local ingredients, which i found a nice touch.

the room i stayed in was a bit smaller than expected. i found the lighting in the room to be a little dim, particularly in the evenings. the central atrium did mean noise from reception echoed, which i noticed.

some issues noticed

poor light late wake-up

my room faced another building, so light was poor. the gym are small and seemed crowded. the service were not always prompt. i requested a wake-up call and it came thirty minutes late. this caused me some stress before an important meeting.
