loud musiclimited minibar
The noise from nearby establishments was a real issue. I found it difficult to sleep before 2 AM because of the music. The minibar was also a disappointment , it had very limited options and I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The hotel has a fantastic location. It is very close to the main attractions. The staff was friendly. They helped us with every question we had. The room was cleaned daily. The cleaning staff did a great job. I found the hotel to be well-designed. My room was very clean. It was also of a high standard. The location of the hotel is very central. It made exploring easy. I had a very warm welcome from the team. They offered an early breakfast. The lady at the reception was friendly. She helped us with everything we needed. She provided great recommendations.
The nightclub close to the hotel was a bit noisy at night.

paper thin wallsuseless air conditioning
the nightclub next to the place meant sleep was a luxury not a given the walls seemed paper thin. the air conditioning was mostly for show it did little besides make noise. also finding an available plug socket was like some sort of scavenger hunt i had to unplug lamps just to charge my phone it was a mess
