Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Hotel

The room offered ample space. It perfectly accommodated my needs. The food impressed me with its excellent quality throughout my entire stay. I found the staff great, always ready to assist with a smile. The beds provided a high level of comfort.

The coffee capsules and water were only complimentary upon arrival. Subsequent refills required additional payment.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. I enjoyed the spa facilities . It was clean. The staff members acted very friendly and helpful at all times. I found their behavior amazing.

I received only one bottle of water during my entire stay. It was not enough! The bathroom lacked a door. This allowed steam to fill the room. The hotel did not supply conditioner. This was frustrating.

Wonderful Hotel, Great Amenities!

Every detail was really good. The breakfast menu was extensive. However one incident occurred at breakfast. The manager yelled at me for sitting where I should pay. I smiled and offered to pay, but the outburst was unnecessary. I still loved it here.

Some interactions lacked warmth. On arrival, coffee capsules and water refills was not offered. Flip-flops was not allowed in the restaurant. The pool had prompt towel service. Assistance with loungers was nonexistent. The bathroom amenities was also basic.

Really good Hotel Experience

Breakfast offered many choices and tasted fresh. Staff changed towels daily without me needing to ask. The bar staff made excellent cocktails. the hotel location is amazing. I enjoyed the warm welcome I received at reception with a drink upon arrival.

I received only one water bottle for my entire stay. I think this is an issue the hotel should resolve. Another bottle of water per day would have been nice.
