lovely getaway!

extra towels efficient staff relaxing hot tub

the staff ensured extra towels were available promptly. requests were addressed efficiently and effectively. the hot tub at the spa was relaxing. the breakfast was amazing!!!

the hotel did not provide new towels daily. it was a minor inconvenience.

lino, at the hotel reception, was AMAZING.

I felt the hotel lacked several expected five-star touches. Information was scarce. No details were available in the room About the spa or pool bar hours. Breakfast was repetitive. After three days, the limited hot food options grew tiresome.

I adored the spa facilities. It features several indoor pools and a really nice sauna. i found the provided toiletries to be high quality, with everything needed for a great stay. the breakfast included various options, like eggs cooked to order. staff members seemed to go above and beyond.

i found the pool area often crowded with many guests, difficult to relax sometimes. It felt challenging finding available loungers.

I stayed in a beautiful double room balcony sea view. It had ample space. the bed was comfortable, and the balcony offered a nice view of the sea. the hotel provided paddle boards free of charge, i thought that was a nice touch. breakfast each morning offered a plentiful selection. The staff were helpful.

i found the bar closed relatively early, sometimes before 5pm, LIMITING my options.

We found this little paradise on Mallorca. The rooms are bright and cozy. Natural materials. The staff was very friendly and always wore a smile. They ensured we felt at ease, ALL the time.

friendly staff dinner recommendations perfect location missing touches little information free paddle boards

the staff was super friendly! they gave awesome dinner recommendations! the location is perfect too. driving to everything on the island was easy peasy! after exploring, it was great to come back to such a peaceful little place each night!

i didn't feel the hotel was totally 5-star. many small things felt missing. there wasn't much info available like when the pool bar closed. also, we didn't know about the free paddle boards until we asked!
