the breakfast was excellent with many tasty and fresh options. the hotel was very clean.. our room and all common areas were super clean. i appreciated the swimming pool and the bar, both very enjoyable.

there was an issue with the showers. water pressure was low in all 3 bathrooms. i reported this to reception.. they were aware and said it would be a few more days to wait for a fix. the dining room floor was not mopped, nor swept. food was left on it overnight, it encouraged ants.

I felt the staff did a fantastic job. Reception, entertainment, bar, and restaurant teams were all very friendly. i noticed spacious room with a nice balcony. the bed offered great comfort. the bus stop was conveniently near. ample parking was available.

I found that smoking was only permitted outside the hotel grounds. there were no ashtrays provided for the balcony. This restriction was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel features clean pools for both kids and adults, including a fun indoor option. there is a very cool slide. i enjoyed the various activities available for both age groups, and the entertainment program offered something new each day!!!
