Balanced stay experience

clear beach amazing view fantastic service limited sunbeds slow staff early noise

the hotel has a crystal clear beach. the dining experience and view were amazing. the service provided by sergio was fantastic.

the sunbeds are limited and must be pre-booked in advance. i did not got to order from the breakfast menu because i did not find a waiter. at 6am door slamming and screaming children in the corridors began.

extra sunbeds cost early doors slamming

the view were acceptable from my Twin Room. it was pretty much what the pictures showed.

i was quite annoyed the sunbeds cost extra, especially after paying so much for the room itself. then, the noise level were pretty bad. i kept hearing doors slamming early each morning, it really got on my nerves.

vegan options friendly staff additional charge hygiene issue

The breakfast selection was amazing. It even included vegan options and sparkling wine! The hotel had a great vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Despite being hotel guests, we had to pay an additional charge for sunbeds and umbrellas! I found this misleading. Our room had a hygiene issue. There was a stain in the toilet upon arrival.

The breakfast buffet had an amazing array of choices. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach. It was just steps away. The staff were always on hand and ready to help. I enjoyed the live entertainment offered each evening.

The sunbeds had an additional daily charge.

Fantastic beachside location

friendly staff water stations delicious breakfast smooth process

The check in process was smooth. I found friendly staff everywhere. The included filtered water stations on each floor was great. I liked that breakfast was delicious, so its start the day very well.

I had to sit on the sand next to the hotel, that i am over paying to stay in, was not a satisfactory alternative.

The hotel features a spa with several treatment rooms. There is also a gym with modern equipment to use. The pool is indoors and included a terrace and offered very little sunbeds.

My room was beautifully renovated and the beds were comfy. A generous breakfast buffet was available. Really good staff was helpful. The location was gorgeous, and approachable staff assisted me when they could.
