the hotel app made ordering extra pillows easy. the junior suite provided ample space with beautiful decor, i loved it. breakfast had many options and the food tasted great.

i found that the lighting system in my room was a little bit outdated and complex!

i appreciated the staff's kindness. the location suited me well i could walk to the cathedral easily. the hotel felt cute from the beginning as well so i will return. there were chocolates and water provided daily.

the lighting control system had some issues during the last three days of my stay i found it a bit dated.

I stayed in a Bastió Double Room recently and some aspects annoyed me. It woke me up. I also found the minibar prices to be excessive. For example, a small bottle of water cost more than what I expected. It reminded me of a rip-off. I expect better value for money.
