the hotel room was perfectly clean. housekeeping were good persons. adela and kris from reception are amazing, so friendly. they were always ready to help.
our room had some funny furniture. the common chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit on. the door stopper was loose all the time. the toilet was small too.

The housekeeping service maintained excellent cleanliness in the room. Adela and Kris from reception provided really good service and remained very friendly and helpful. I found them always ready to assist with any inquiries I had. I really appreciate the great staff.
I noticed limited sugar-free drink options were available at the bar. This could be improved to better cater to those with dietary restrictions. More options would enhance the overall experience for health-conscious guests. I hope they improve it.

The signage in the hotel could be improved, as it was sometimes difficult to find key locations. The information on the QR codes also seemed inaccurate.
