My early arrival was easily accommodated. I got a room right away! the hotel bar made a fresh cocktail for me. It tasted so nice. breakfast had freshly made omelettes and pancakes plus fruit, breads, and coffee! it was all delicious.

The hotel's location was super convenient. Great restaurants were nearby and the airport was close too! i really enjoyed the gym, and i found it very clean. the breakfast had so many options. I loved the freshly cooked choices!

The room was on the smaller side. I think it could benefit from some extra space.

The breakfast was a highlight. It offered a wide variety of options and the layout was excellent. the staff assisted me throughout my stay and always were friendly. the facilities was super clean and in very good condition.

I did notice limited water pressure in the shower. This meant that it was hard to shower after my flight. i did not receive an offer for a different room

i found the location convenient because it was not far from palma de mallorca. it was also within walking distance of some restaurants and cafes along the beach. i would have preferred harder pillows (but that's just me).

i would have liked more soundproofing in the room.
