awful bathroom stench pipe flush

The location is great because it is close to everything.

The bathroom had an AWFUL stench the entire time. The pipes need a serious flush.

standard family triple room variety choice central location unappealing view small gym soft pillow

the room was a standard family triple room it was sufficiently spacious for my needs the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices i especially liked the fresh fruit the hotel is in a central location close to many shops and restaurants i found it easy to get around.

my room faced an inner courtyard the view was not very appealing the gym on the 20th floor was quite small it only had a few machines the pillows in the room were too soft for my liking i woke up with a stiff neck each morning the air conditioning system was not very effective the room remained quite warm.

convenient location adjacent mall

the location is convenient. i found a shopping mall right next to the hotel (very useful!).

during my visit, i encountered a very slow wifi network. the hotel did not offer a wired network option, even though cat5 cables were installed in the room.

the breakfast buffet had a good spread. i observed friendly service from the staff (very attentive, actually). the dining area was well-kept and easy to navigate during peak hours.
