Fantastic City Center Stay!

I found the location perfect. It was close to the train station and the main square. The breakfast had a large choice of high-quality food and the breakfast staff were cute. The room size impressed me, it felt good and quiet.

My room was NOT clean upon arrival. I even saw a silverfish running across the floor. Staff told me they could not switch my room because the hotel was fully booked. I waited over an hour for someone to vacuum the room, but nobody came.

the location was really central, it was near to the central station. breakfast was really good and had lots of options. the staff was nice and always there to help me. the room was a great size and was always cleaned.

during check in, i learned the double room i booked was only for one adult. i had to pay an extra fee for the second adult to share the bed. i felt i was misled and the extra fee was unexpected.
