i was once more happy. the room had a shower and great breakfast. the staff are cute. maria earned special thanks.

the desk had ingrained stains. the light above it did not work. one bedside lamp was not working either.

The room seemed a bit outdated. The TV did not work, I think it was missing a cable. Pretty inconvenient. I had to call the front desk, they did not seem surprised. I think they knew about the problem. but sent someone to fix it.

the breakfast was varied enough.

the room felt cold despite i tried to turn up the heater, it just wasn't enough. the bathroom did not have any heating, so it was freezing in there. the shower head was old and looked broken, i don't understand why they hadn't replaced it yet.

my room was clean. the glass art throughout the hotel is beautiful. the free hot chocolates and coffees available all day and night were a nice touch. i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

the beds were too soft for me. i experienced some back pain because the mattresses were not firm enough. these mattresses might be perfect for someone else , however.

the receptionist was cute and helpful upon my arrival. the breakfast team kept everything well-stocked. the staff offered excellent coffee and milk, as well as hot water and tea, available all day and night in the restaurant.
