the breakfast buffet was quite varied. it had many options for a variety of diets. my room was huge and included office space. there was also a desk , which i found useful.

my room was unbearably hot , and it had a dusty smell. the air conditioning did not cool the room well , and it made sleep difficult. i had to have the windows unlocked , but the staff could not offer another room.

amazing hotel with some seriously good stuff!

great location huge selection friendly staff

i loved how close this hotel it is to everything. the breakfast selection had huge variety for all tastes. the room felt amazing, the bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept in. staff members were super friendly and helpful.

the bathtub had a shower, i hoped it was a separate shower cubicle.

the hotel has perfect location near main city landmarks. i walked easily everywhere i wanted to see. proximity to central station meant getting around was super easy, i never stressed about transport.

the staff were really friendly and helpful, always smiling. one lady working at the bar was an absolute superstar, seriously she was great. reception staff were very professional and pleasant, i have not one bad word to say.

the reception team was very pleasant. they were supportive with all our needs. i appreciated the prompt provision of a floor fan when the room was warm. the team ensured our comfort throughout the stay.

the tv in the room didn't work properly, and i was told only a few channels were functional! it was dominating the room but offered minimal entertainment. this was disappointing.

The location was acceptable. A shopping street was nearby.

My check-in was a mess. I expected more from this hotel. First, they gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned. Then, the second room was already occupied. Imagine that! So, I waited in the lobby while they hunted for a clean, available room.

I found the room to be quite large, offering ample space for relaxation. The provided fridge and kettle were convenient, allowing me to store drinks and make tea. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the central station and city center. This made exploring easy.

I noticed the bedding felt too warm for the summer season. the air conditioning did not adequately cool the room, even on the lowest setting.

the room size was excellent. it included a comfortable sofa and chairs, providing ample space to relax. breakfast offered many options in a dual themed area, nice for more secluded seating. the location was quiet, yet a short walk to both the train station and city center. i found the supermarket nearby quite convenient for sundays.

water pressure in the shower was not especially strong, i would have preferred better pressure

central station food selection spacious room

The hotel is close to the central station. This made getting around the area easy. Breakfast offered a huge selection of food. It accommodated all tastes. The staff helped me upgrade to a more spacious room. I could open windows and get good ventilation.
