I found a couple of things less than stellar. the room lacked a closet, only a bar with hangers. plus, no slippers or bathrobes were included in the standard room. Apparently you must pay extra for those. talk about nickel and diming.

The check-in process felt disorganized because there wasn't a clear queue. other guests kept cutting in front of me and the staff didn't address it. also, the tv in my room had limited channel options, mostly just news, which wasn't ideal. i couldn't stream or connect my phone to it either. It feels outdated.

The location offered easy access to both the train and ferry stations. breakfast presented many choices. I especially liked the variety. the room was quite comfortable. a cot was provided for our baby, and it did not reduce our comfort at all.

the shower had missing buttons.

The Superior room provided a quiet environment. I found the underground parking especially convenient.

The room had no special place to put shampoo in the shower, so I balanced it on the shower valves. The beds were two small beds pushed together.

The breakfast was really great, a very wide selection. rooms were clean. i liked how close the hotel was to transportation. restaurants and shops were within walking distance. the staff was also great. They were accessible and friendly.

check in was weird because there was not an area to stand in line. people just kept cutting in front to check in, i found it frustrating.
