the room looked fine when i arrived. it had a decent bed i could sleep on.

The staff seemed actively trying to avoid eye contact. Their customer service training likely missed a chapter. the room felt bare, like i walked into a minimalist prison cell. and the noise! i swear the walls are made of paper. I heard everything from the hallway, which did'nt help my night sleeps.

the location is super convenient near the train station. i found some good restaurants nearby. the complimentary water in the room upon arrival was a nice touch after my train ride.

the air conditioning temperature controls were not adjustable, and the room stayed at 22 degrees all night.

the room was modern. i found the coffee maker with pods restocked daily a great touch. i also appreciated having two complimentary bottles of water upon arrival in my room. the staff was helpful providing tea bags when i requested them.

I noticed only four coat hangers were available in the closet. A few more would be appreciated

the location is quite convenient for travel. the hotel is a short walk from both the bus and train stations. this made accessing venice very easy, and transport to the airport was also straightforward.

The breakfast was really nice. It offered lots of variety.

The staff at check-in was not particularly cute. The service was borderline rude, they seemed annoyed by requests. I asked about a late checkout to finish a work call, but they wanted to charge an hourly rate, even though the hotel was mostly empty.
