the location was acceptable, being near st marks square.

the breakfast, it was really minimal. the staff, some of them seemed unfriendly i think. the room cleaning, it wasn't done properly, i noticed.

The breakfast was rich with many options. The employees were always positive. The room's decoration felt so authentic and warm. I liked the nice choices for the breakfast.

A gem IN the city center

helpful staff excellent recommendations private taxi

I found the staff helpful. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a private water taxi to the airport for me. The breakfast offered many choices. I noticed its amazing location minutes away from landmarks such as Scala Contarini del Bovolo.

The tv was small. it was behind the mirror.

I loved the VERY nice breakfast. I found it better than a typical continental one. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. The staff in the breakfast buffet was especially nice. they offered coffee.

Excellent Location and Great Breakfast

The staff was helpful. The room was beautiful and a nice size. Breakfast had a wide variety of very good food and offered different options every day. An elevator was available. Many other properties lack this feature. It was close to the Rialto bridge and St Mark's square.

Rooms are super small, and the bed is really uncomfortable. It was a little tight, which wasn't ideal after a long travel day.
