mixed feelings about the stay
unanswered calls inflexible hotel
the pool was nice and quiet.
the price changed from the initial email quote, it felt weird. calling them often went unanswered. their lack of flexibility was frustrating, especially given their vacancies.

friendly staff two pools
The room offered a balcony. It came with two pools. I found an extensive breakfast and also a diverse selection to choose from, even hafermilch. Staff members were very friendly.
A limited number of loungers exist by the pool. People reserved it early in the morning with towels.

serene getaway!
quiet hotel nice staff local tips late checkout
I loved how quiet the hotel was. the reception staff were super nice and gave great tips about local customs and excursions (i really recommend the boat trip!). i also appreciated the late checkout at 12:00. It made my last day so much more relaxed.
i wish there were more sunbeds available by the pool.

The hotel features two pools with floats and a bar that offers poolside service. That was fantastic! the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, various egg dishes, mallorcan specialties, and fresh orange juice.

My suite was spacious and super clean, complete with a terrace that had beautiful mountain views. the bathroom was also very spacious and well-appointed. I really loved that! it really added to the luxury feel.

quiet hotel lovely area comfy bed
I liked that the hotel is quiet. It allows you to recharge. The shared areas both inside and outside are lovely, AND the design is appreciated. The bed WAS comfy.

the hotel is in a quiet area. a short walk leads to restaurants by the beach. it is a five minute drive to Pollenca.
