Excellent service and a lovely hotel

From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent! Nathalia and tommy at reception were cute. Their attention to detail really stood out. The hotel's location offers easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.
The pool was smaller, more like a spa. It could be bigger for swimming.

The gym has good equipment for workouts, although it is a smaller space. There is free water to refill your bottle in the hotel. Guests can store luggage if needed.

The staff was friendly and super helpful. Nathalie was amazing! The receptionist gave a great local restaurant recommendation. That restaurant was so good that i visited it again a week later.

Breakfast was great. It included many vegan options. The hotel restaurant offers good food and a nice atmosphere. i recommend having dinner at the hotel as it is great value.

the breakfast was very good and i loved that they catered for vegans. i really liked the nice welcome drink i received and also appreciated the gym and courtyard setting. staff were also very nice and helpful!
the room was a little small, and i only had a mini window. i also noticed the armario was open. since i was on the first floor in room 103, i could hear all the conversations from reception.
