Balanced stay experience
extensive breakfast immaculate ground uncomfortable bed faulty air conditioning
The breakfast selection was extensive and of very high quality. The hotel grounds are meticulously maintained. I also found the pool area to be a very nice area, and importantly the water was at a great temperature.
The beds were not comfortable and seemed quite old. I also had issues with the air conditioning not working properly. It turns out a balcony window was not closed correctly, meaning my room was accessible from the outside.

clean hotel excellent variety genuine friendliness
I found the hotel clean. breakfast offered an excellent variety of choices. the staff displayed genuine friendliness and eagerness to assist. Miguel and the team created a nice week. i definitely plan a return visit!!!
the gym equipment felt limited. i wanted more options for a complete workout.

great stay in a beautiful hotel
spacious balcony comfortable bed friendly staff
The upgrade to a suite was a treat! the balcony was quite spacious. it overlooked the pool area. the super king bed was the comfiest i have ever experienced. i loved the large sun loungers with padded cushions. They were perfect. the cocktails were freshly made, and the staff was always so friendly.

the breakfast buffet offered many options to suit various tastes. i found the cooked eggs were made to order. lunch options by the pool were tasty. there was also a daily option to pay for dinner.

the suite featured a large balcony. a separate walk-in shower existed. the bathroom included a free-standing bath. a beach bag and towels were provided for each guest. the room was always cleaned daily to a high standard.

The pool area always had space to sit. waiters served drinks and meals poolside. there was a daily water aerobics session. an indoor pool was available. music played quietly around the pool area. It created a nice atmosphere.

check-in was smooth and personalised. the staff spoke multiple languages. pool staff took orders at your sun bed. all the staff were friendly. monica at reception was lovely, and antoni was a credit to the hotel.

beautiful grounds comfortable beds indoor pool dirty sunbeds paint touch-ups
the hotel kept its grounds beautifully. our room had good facilities. i enjoyed the comfortable beds. the hotel provided lovely indoor and outdoor pools. the spa facilities offered relaxation.
the sunbeds needed washing more frequently. some of them were really dirty, i noticed. the hotel rooms felt a bit old. they required some paint touch-ups.
