I stayed in a lovely, generously sized room with an enormous bed. the bathroom felt new and clean, it was a good experience. the staff were friendly. Very helpful . the location was perfect, it was very convenient!
The check in experience was terrible, it was not a good start. Quite awkward. our room was ok, but a little tired.

the cooked breakfast were fantastic, i would definitely visit again. the bar area were nice, also the lounge allowed for relaxation with drinks and board games.
our room did not offer hot water, and there wasnt anyone on reception to tell. there was also dust on the units and coffee table in the room.

the room was decorated tastefully with a super comfy bed. the staff seemed really genuine and helpful. breakfast was probably the best i have ever had!!! it was the relaxed atmosphere i wanted.
the room was freezing when i entered it. i had to work out how to turn the heating on.

i stayed for several nights and loved it. i chose to extend my visit one extra night instead of travelling to the coast. the room was comfortable and the staff very friendly. the hotel offers great proximity to hikes that provide wonderful geological views and beautiful scenery. i was able to explore balmoral cairns during sunny weather in november.

The hotel's location is central and convenient. I found it easy to explore the area. the breakfast offered great local butcher products. They tasted quite good. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the tea tray also included many goodies, i thought it was a nice touch.
i did notice that the water pressure in the shower fluctuated a bit.

the room provided two separate sinks for added convenience. a rainfall shower. there were nice tea cakes provided, as well as caramel logs. the room was very clean, i really appreciated that.
