the staff was very helpful with directions, and i appreciated their quick responses to my questions. the hotel is close to multiple restaurants. there was a grocery store nearby. i found the soundproofing effective, so i slept well at night.

The room's cleanliness was not ideal. I noticed stains on the bathroom walls. the toilet was also not entirely clean. This was quite disappointing. the rain shower did not work.

the location was acceptable, and being close to transport was useful.

the room cleanliness was certainly not great. i found stains on the bathroom walls, and the toilet wasn't properly clean either. i also had difficulty operating the window blinds, a bit annoying.

the room was spacious and nicely furnished. good air conditioning was available. i found ample natural light. room service was diligent.

I was next to it, and i couldn't sleep the whole night because of the noise and guests driving up and down until 1am.
