smooth stay near the airport

helpful staff quick response grocery store effective soundproofing

the staff was very helpful with directions, and i appreciated their quick responses to my questions. the hotel is close to multiple restaurants. there was a grocery store nearby. i found the soundproofing effective, so i slept well at night.

the elevator smelled musty.

bathroom stains broken shower

the location provided easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. it was convenient.

The room's cleanliness was not ideal. I noticed stains on the bathroom walls. the toilet was also not entirely clean. This was quite disappointing. the rain shower did not work.

bathroom stains difficult blinds

the location was acceptable, and being close to transport was useful.

the room cleanliness was certainly not great. i found stains on the bathroom walls, and the toilet wasn't properly clean either. i also had difficulty operating the window blinds, a bit annoying.

furnished room good air conditioning ample light diligent service

the room was spacious and nicely furnished. good air conditioning was available. i found ample natural light. room service was diligent.

The lift was very loud. I was next to it, and i couldn't sleep the whole night because of the noise and guests driving up and down until 1am.
