the room was spacious and well appointed. temperature control worked effectively, and the tea and coffee facilities were excellent. i appreciated having a separate seating area in my room and the option for a bath or shower.
the room was clean enough, but it left a little to be desired.

the staff displayed really good politeness. the hotel's location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. i found the restaurant to be quite nice. it was easy to get to local attractions.
i noticed dust and crumbles under the bed. the refrigerator had mold in the bathrooms. the room wasn't perfectly clean.

i got upgraded to a beautiful room, how cool is that! the room had great facilities. the staff spoke english well, so communication was easy. i really liked the downstairs restaurant. the bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud!
The bathroom sliding door was kind of stiff. It needed a bit of effort to open and close properly! though i did not mind
