I found the receptionists very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is very good! there is a tram and metro stop right in front, giving you easy access to the whole city by tram. the room was clean and practical. I could find everything i needed. the city view was great to wake up to each morning.

the shower door was leaking though staff didn't offer to do anything about it.

The comfort circle room was bigger than most rooms in the city. It had a stocked mini fridge upon checking in. snacks in the room. i appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room, such as high-quality toiletries. the smart tv allowed casting.

the location allows reaching all touristic areas either by walk, or you can take the trams from right in front of the hotel. being very central to the main sights makes it very convenient. the hotel is in the center.

i love the hotel its clean look. the beds are amazing and the pillows too. they have nice products in the room i thought were special. the location of this place is a ten.

the shower door leak bad and the staff don't do anything about it. so expect a lil puddle.

staff were really nice and they help a lot. the reception makes you feel at home. every detail seem to be managed with care and a lot of attention i felt.

the hotel include extras such as tea and coffee with little packaged snacks. prosecco was free when i got there and some snacks were free in the room. a free drink at the bar next door happens too.

My room had a tv with casting ability. there was a tram stop very close to the building. This made getting around convenient. the design of the room was modern and stylish.

the hotel seemed to have limited amenities, such as a very small gym.

bluetooth speaker central location kind staff

The room included a marshall bluetooth speaker. It was a nice touch. the location was central to main attractions. Getting around was easy. the staff were very thoughtful and kind. I especially appreciated the free chocolates i received.

the hotel seemed to have no soundproofing at all.

The hotel location was awesome. It was so close to everything i wanted to see. the rooms were new, nicely decorated. well-furnished! the bar and restaurants offered fantastic choices. I loved that they were so convenient. the staff was always friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile.

The elevator wasn't always working. Though the stairs were clean, it did feel a little like a building site with some paint and dust around.

The breakfast buffet included a wide array of choices that was satisfying. It included fresh fruit, pastries. hot dishes for every taste. the restaurant provides excellent meals throughout the day with diverse menus, a pleasant atmosphere. prompt service.

The premises offered an inside courtyard for dining. It was really beautiful and inviting. the courtyard provided a calm and good setting for meals or drinks, especially when the weather was nice! it added to the overall charm of the hotel.

Excellent Hotel in Central Location

The staff were very helpful. The room had all necessary things. I would definitely recommend it. The location is great. Everything met my needs.

The shower cubicle leaked. We had to jam towels under the seal to stop it. This happened despite reporting it on day one. I was charged for breakfast upon check out and only found out via email.

The hotel has a sleek steak house on the first floor. It offers direct views of the Leidseplein Square. Comfortable bedding is available. Nice bathrooms are also included.
