The breakfast had a fantastic selection of foods.
The room was uncomfortably cold. Staff said nothing could be done about a heater problem, so I had to sleep in extra layers. This affected my trip. I wish they had offered a refund for that night.

The hotel is located close to both the train station and bus stops. The room was clean and well-kept. It included a kettle. A mini fridge and complimentary bottles of mineral water were also available. I found the bed to be comfortable.
I noticed the sound insulation between rooms was not optimal.

Staff were helpful with check-in and check-out, which proceeded easily. The receptionist provided clear directions and assistance upon my arrival. the service was prompt and efficient.

fantastic stay near the station!

the hotel is convenient. i would stay here for easy access to transportation, as the train and bus station were next door. the supermarket across the street provided plenty of takeout food. the staff at the front desk were friendly too!
the room temperature control didn't seem to work properly, so the room felt a bit chilly.

dirty toilet brush holderexcessive door noise
The room required serious attention to cleanliness. The toilet brush holder was NOT empty , and the bathroom trash can was old needing replacement. I also noticed excessive noise from people slamming their room doors , which was QUITE disruptive. The air vacuum caused by opening the hall doors caused noise from our door.

the room was bigger than i expected lots of natural light filled it you could tell the hotel is new and modern having a restaurant downstairs was a definite plus i appreciated they provided food bowls for my dog those were also new and very clean
the bedsheets were stained when i went to bed the cushions lacked support
