Acceptable, but with some issues
freezing room constant noise
The location was satisfactory for getting around.
The room felt FREEZING. There was only one blanket on the bed and I had to ask for another. It shouldn't be necessary. The noise from the nearby garage went on ALL night. I could hear people working on a car engine until after 3 a.m.

central escape
central location wide spaces
The hotel's location was central. Stepping out, i was immediately among restaurants and bars. the parking garage connects directly to the hotel, and the spaces felt wide, lessening worries about dents. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival.
The carpet in my room had noticeable stains and looked quite worn. This detail affected the overall impression. the sofa bed, intended for a third guest, lacked a mattress topper, and its springs creaked with every shift. i mentioned it but it wasn't adressed.
Location
10/10
the hotel stands in the heart of the city center close to the station, concert hall, grocery stores, and restaurants. it provides convenient access to many local amenities and attractions for the visitors.
