i experienced very helpful and friendly service from the staff. my room was clean, better than many upscale hotels i have stayed in. the hotel's central location is great for access to the city center. i found it a great choice for my one night stay, i really appreciated the cleanliness (even the candies!).
the gym is a bit small and it seemed unattended . i wish there were more equipment available.

the room included comfortable beds and modern facilities (i had a superior twin room). the rooms are generally clean. the green initiative provides a voucher for a drink at the bar if you decline room cleaning.

the location was great.
I have mixed feelings. the room was loud at night. (i think noise came from a club below). the staff acted as if rooms not being ready at check-in was normal. I had to wait in the lobby

I found the location to be excellent. It is close to the city center. The staff was very cute (they even left a small bag of gummies for my kids!).
The air conditioning did not function properly in the room. The gym is very small and did not seem to be attended.

The sky bar was such a letdown. I was completely ignored by the staff. it was like they were doing me a favor just acknowledging i existed! i ordered a drink, and it took forever. When it finally arrived, it was wrong! then, the room wasn't as soundproof as i expected. I could hear street noise late into the night.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. I found the room very clean and big. The continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices. It was the best breakfast in town.
The air conditioning in the room did not work properly. I could not turn the fan or the heater off. The gym is very small. Several staff members have poor English skills.

the sky bar service was not good. the waitress did not communicate well, and she did not pour the wine. i felt the extensive mark up on screw top wine at €45/bottle was too much for this poor service. i did mention this to people i know and they confirmed the sky bar service is known to be bad.
