good variety delicious coffee friendly staff

I found the breakfast offered very good variety. I appreciated the delicious coffee to start my mornings. The staff seemed friendly and eager to assist with any requests I had.

The room I was in was a bit small for a family.

Acceptable Stay, But Some Issues

broken air conditioning unappealing surroundings

The air conditioning did not work well. The room was too warm. I reported the broken air conditioning, but staff seemed already aware of it. The hotel's surroundings were not appealing because of the presence of addicts and shady characters. The difference between the hotel's immediate area and the charming old streets near the Dom was striking.
