my superior king room was located on the fourth floor and it was spacious. there were elemis bath products and illy coffee provided. the location was ideal (close to everything), as it made it easy to walk to different locations. the staff was kind.

my stay included a complimentary room upgrade, such a lovely surprise. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was also huge, it featured excellent amenities. i thoroughly enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar, it provided such a romantic atmosphere.
during my stay, i noticed the lobby was a bit small, so it could get crowded during peak hours.

Valet parking was efficient! Check-in was friendly. My room received a free upgrade, I got useful information about the hotel spa, and it helped me maximize my stay. The room was spacious, and it included a balcony! Rose petals decorated the bed, and chilled champagne came as part of my romantic spa package. I felt special.
There was not enough milk in the room for tea. It was not a big issue though.
