the Salhouse room included a balcony. i noticed the bathroom featured a bluetooth mirror. it allowed me to play music while showering. the room also had a large tv and comfortable chairs. Housekeepers kept the room super clean. i did not hear any noise from them in the mornings, appreciated.
the hotel parking felt a bit tight. clearer signage to the car park might help. additional signs pointing to the hotel entrance would also improve the arrival experience. this is a minor issue though, really.

The staff was very helpful with directions. The modern fire created a COZY atmosphere. I appreciated the boat hire next door. It gave direct access to the broads. I found the separate smoking area convenient.
The shower over the bath was a little short, and I would have preferred a shower only.

The room was super clean and the beds were super comfy.
I was surprised by the prices for drinks. The ales cost £6.30 a pint but the Gordons Pink Gin was even WORSE. It was described as a 'Speciality Gin' at £5.50 for a single plus £3 for one Fevertree Tonic. Overall it was excessive!

excellent foodgood choice
I so enjoyed the cleanliness in the rooms. Tea and coffee got refreshed every morning. My partner had a fillet steak cooked to his liking. I had lamb stew. It was very tasty.
I think the drinks price were excessive.
