i must say , the room service was rather slow. i ordered a club sandwich and it took nearly an hour , it's not exactly rocket science is it? then , the supposedly 'premium' toiletries in the bathroom smelled suspiciously like generic soap. my disappointment is immeasurable , and my day is ruined.

i chose this hotel because parking is good. the room included good size and cleanness. it is near rail station, also a shopping center across the street, but is about 25 minutes if you wanna walk to the city center.
i would have liked some decaf tea in the room. its easy by car to theatre royal, and breakfast allowed me to sit next to food. but there was noise due to the thin window.

the hotel provides easy access to riverside and the train station, a quick taxi ride from the station makes it convenient. it's next to a football stadium, rooms overlook the pitch.

refurbishment work was in progress, it did not cause any disruption . the room was well presented, also comfortable with a modern design. i found alternative milks at breakfast was good.

the reception staff were friendly and efficient, i was. the staff worked hard to accommodate guests, including checking on them. rasa, who served at the bar, made great recommendations.

food was good, swiftly delivered even with a large group present. korean chicken is something that i can highly recommend. breakfast provided a good selection, included alternative milks, that was nice.
