dyson hair dryer nespresso coffee machine high-quality facilities food prices cleaning staff drab room
the dyson hair dryer in the room was a great touch. i also appreciated the nespresso coffee machine. the decor across the hotel looked excellent and high quality facilities were available.
i found the food prices too high. the cleaning staff made noise in the corridor from around 9:30am. also, the room was somewhat drab.

underwhelming dining experience
cold food slow service
the food was a letdown. i had two breakfasts and one evening meal, not one of them was served hot. i sent food back because it was barely lukewarm. even after its return, it was still only just warm. service was slow and somewhat chaotic. at breakfast, guests ate continental food and toast before their hot food order got taken (i felt really annoyed by it!).
