nicely decorated easy access lukewarm water shabby room
the room felt spacious and beautifully decorated. the location sits right in the middle of town, so access was easy. breakfast offered a good selection of options.
the sink did not produce hot water, only lukewarm. the room looked shabby and worn. some of the woodchip was peeling off the walls.

excessively high room temperature limited spaces
the breakfast provided adequate options.
I found several issues needing attention. the room temperature was excessively high, despite adjusting the radiator controls. noise from external sources was disruptive. I could hear kitchen equipment operating late into the night and early in the morning. the parking situation presented challenges, with limited spaces and awkward maneuvering.

poor customer service missing information
the room was really lovely. nice and spacious and the items provided for the dog were a really nice touch.
the customer service wasn't the best. the staff weren't very attentive and we had to find a staff member to check us in. when we did check in the staff member didn't show us to our room or provide us with any information about the hotel or where to locate things.
