the room was beautiful. i adored the plaque in the room describing a former inmate. it was a nice personal touch.

My double room was excellent. The large space included quality furniture. I also found the bathroom excellent with its extra touches such as dressing gowns. Breakfast was really good. It provided plenty of choice. The parking facility was good.

The evening menu was limited with few choices for people who don't like fish. It's also very expensive. I gave up trying to watch the TV because it kept freezing.

the rooms were spacious with stone walls throughout the building. the bathroom was beautiful and spacious with both a bath and shower. bath robes were provided. i really enjoyed the complimentary mini-bar and coffee and tea facilities in the room.
