adequate stay near the airport
unprofessional staff
the front desk staff seemed quite unprofessional during checkout when i asked to verify my bill. the staff suggested it was an inconvenience to reprint the invoice. it was also incorrect since i was charged for breakfast on days i did not order it.

The room was quite spacious and very clean. I found a fridge and daily complimentary water. The bed in my Standard Double or Twin Room was comfortable. There was ample storage for clothing.
The window in my room could only open a crack.

Decent stay near the airport

The hotel staff were very polite and professional, WHICH i appreciated. The location is AMAZING. It is close to the airport. The room had all I needed.
The main air-conditioning system was switched off, SO the room did not cool. The windows are locked, thus I could not open them for fresh air.

Really good Stay Near the Airport

The room was very clean and spacious. I found the bed to be quite comfortable and conducive to restful sleep. I also appreciated the efficient check-in process , with a very helpful staff member assisting me. I experienced a very pleasant and convenient stay.
The gym facilities was slightly outdated.

Acceptable, but Not Impressed
stuffy roomextra coffee
The room was quite stuffy. I couldn't get the air conditioning to work. the window didn't open, it made the room very uncomfortable. I was also frustrated I couldn't get a simple coffee to go from the hotel. I had to go to the shop and pay extra. The experience left me very annoyed.
