the hotel's location proved very convenient it was quite close to both the city centre and the train station. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

i was a bit disappointed that i was not informed about roadworks directly outside my room i had requested a quiet room. the room's lighting felt a bit depressing and dated.

The hotel is conveniently located on the plaza. I found parking under the hotel to be very useful. The bed was comfortable , and the room size was good.

I was very angry that I was not informed of major roadworks directly outside my room. This work had obviously been going on for some time. I was only told by email after I could not cancel and move to another quieter hotel. I suffer with morning migraines due to a health issue , so waking up to noise was exhausting.

the staff was friendly . i found the breakfast offered a great variety of choices and was quite delicious. i also appreciated the hotel's handy car park, a big plus in the city center where parking can be difficult.

i did find that my room's lighting could be improved, as it felt a bit dim and not very inviting

the hotel location was really convenient. it allowed for easy access to the city center and the train station. the breakfast service offered a great variety of foods.

my room faced the street and it was quite noisy. the doors also tended to slam shut loudly. the room seemed a bit old-fashioned.
