convenient parking easy walk helpful receptionist

I appreciated the hotel's convenient parking directly in front of the building. The walk into the city center was short and easy. The receptionist was very helpful assisting with luggage due to the steps down to reception.

The hotel room's lighting was quite poor, and the light switches were difficult to locate in the dark. This made it challenging to navigate the room comfortably at night.

The staff was very friendly, cute guests and assisting with luggage. The reception ensured I had a smooth check-in process. Staff quickly addressed any questions that arose .

adequate stay with some drawbacks

poor lighting unfriendly staff

i found a few things were not ideal. the lighting in the room was quite poor, a maze of switches dotted around. this made it difficult to navigate in the dark (i kept bumping into things!). also, the staff seemed a bit unfriendly, not really going out of their way to assist with tourist information.

expensive parking insufficient lighting terrible soundproofing

I was quite annoyed by several issues. The private parking cost an extra 18 euros per night. I found that outrageous. The room was quite dark. Very little natural light came in because of trees and the lighting was insufficient. the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything happening in other rooms.

mixed bag at this hotel

poor heating french channels

the room heating didn't work. i asked about it, but they just gave me a portable heater the last day. the television only had french channels, so that was not ideal. i had hoped for more variety and functional heating.

quiet atmosphere excellent bed open windows outside light traffic bollard night darkness

The room provided a quiet atmosphere. This quietness occurred despite the central location. Windows opened allowing fresh air. An excellent bed provided a good night's sleep.

Finding the place at night proved difficult. There were no outside lights showing it was a hotel. A traffic bollard suggested it was not a hotel
