the location was very central for exploring. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. i especially liked the decor, it added a unique touch to the experience. breakfast was delicious with many options.

The ac controls were wall-mounted. It required getting up to adjust the temperature. a remote control feature would add convenience. i expected that from a 5-star hotel.

the music played in the hallways was too loud it was intrusive even in my room i had to ask for the volume to be lowered to hear my tv the breakfast singer was amplified too much it was hard to focus on anything else. the pool is closed outside of summer i couldn't use it i expected it to be open when the weather was still good no english breakfast tea was available i found this surprising
