minor issues detract from the stay
temperature control frustrating experience
the location it was okay and the reception staff provided some assistance.
the room temperature was a major problem. i couldn't adjust the thermostat myself and had to call the front desk repeatedly. it was frustrating that they controlled the temperature and the room was either too hot or too cold.
