The check-in process was smooth. the staff demonstrated warmth and helpfulness throughout. the room, a suite, offered ample space and cleanliness! getting a taxi was surprisingly easy when needed. The location certainly helped. the complimentary afternoon sandwiches were a real treat.

the air conditioning had a minimum set level? this was a bit of a discomfort given the weather.

i loved the hotel the location is super i could walk everywhere plus the mirrors inside made the ambience excellent the room was very spacious clean and comfy i loved the natural sunlight and the decor i really enjoyed the breakfast it had many alternatives the staff were very helpful especially at reception

the receptionist was not as friendly as in other similar hotels i have visited

quiet roomhelpful staff

i got a quiet room and twin beds as requested. the beds were very comfy, also the room and bathroom felt squeaky clean and packed with goodies. we visit many museums, so location rocks! the staff totally ruled, they were super helpful and nice. breakfast was killer, and snacks in the afternoon? what a treat!
