clean room convenient location many options
the breakfast had many options. i saw the room was very clean as described. the location worked for me, since it was near the subway, shops and sights.
i found that the gym overlooked the rooms, and the views were only of an office block.

the hotel is located across a subway stop. balcony room views face Gran Via. staff were warm. breakfast had assortment of fresh eggs.
the hotel room door had architrave edging. i felt it could be a tripping hazard.

spacious room city view fantastic shower
the room was spacious, and clean. a great view of the city below was visible. the shower was fantastic and quite refreshing.
The elevator to the lower levels under the rooms created vibrations throughout the day. This made sleeping a bit difficult

great location friendly staff wonderful room
The location is great. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean, and i enjoyed the fantastic bathtub they provided after i requested one. i was given a wonderful room.
the club nearby played loud music late into the night, so my sleep was disturbed.

friendly staff excellent location first-rate omelette
The staff was great. They addressed all our needs. cleanliness was excellent too. the hotel had an excellent location. Proximity to many attractions was a real plus for me. breakfast was immense with a first-rate omelette and egg station.

SOME issues DURING the Stay
loud music disturbed sleep
The room facilities ARE great, also the temperature control system worked Well.
i did not like that the club behind the hotel played very loud music and people shouted until 4am. This meant i had very disturbed sleep every night. i found this unacceptable for a hotel charging such high prices.
