charming stay near plaza mayor
central location friendly staff delicious breakfast
I found the hotel's location convenient as i could walk to all major attractions from there. the staff were really good. They accommodated my request for a kettle with my in-room nespresso machine. the complimentary breakfast offered a surprising variety of delicious options , too.
the street noise was noticeable at night , , made sleeping slightly difficult.

the personnel provided helpful assistance at the front desk and during breakfast hours , demonstrating attentiveness to guest needs. they speak fluent english also.

The hotel features modern installations. the nespresso machine available in the room was a great addition. early check-in and late check-out were accommodated , which eased my travel arrangements.

positioned centrally, the hotel is about 100 meters from both puerta del sol and plaza mayor. being situated on a pedestrian street with many shops added to the appeal , while the hotel remained quiet.

loved my stay!
room upgrade comfortable bed friendly staff
i received a room upgrade and it felt very roomy. the beds were very nice, i slept so well! the breakfast offered plenty of choices and the staff was very friendly. i especially appreciated its proximity to the city center... i could walk everywhere!
the hotel is on a noisy street. the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear a lot of street noise.

great location unique displays
The location allowed easy access to many attractions on foot. The floral displays on each floor were unique and beautiful.
The minibar did not cool effectively, not ideal for storing medicine.

great location friendly staff comfortable bed mismatched room old toilet dirty towel
the location was good for seeing many tourist spots by foot. the hotel staff acted friendly and helpful. the beds and pillows were very comfortable.
the room i had did not match the photos online. the toilet looked old and not especially clean (the shower particularly). i noticed very old and dirty towels upon arrival.

decent location , but room ISSUES
warm temperature missing amenities
the room i stayed in LACKED proper air conditioning. despite it BEING advertised, the temperature remained uncomfortably WARM. i was advised to open the window , which wasn't ideal DUE to street noise. the room itself felt basic , missing amenities typically expected in a hotel of THIS caliber.

Underwhelming stay. Location not enough
small room unhelpful staff
the location was definitely central and easy to get around from.
The room i received felt small. i expected more space for the price i paid. the staff wasn't very helpful when i asked about alternative rooms. They seemed uninterested in assisting me, a letdown.
