i found the room very clean. the beds were all very comfortable. the hotel's location worked well for my plans. the lady who helped me check out was very sweet (i really appreciated it!).
i noticed some noise from a nearby open-air area with tables. conversations carried to the rooms at a rather high volume.

the location was acceptable. it was easy enough to walk to places.
The room wasn't super clean. I noticed the floors left my feet black after walking around the room. also, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. Steam easily built up and made the room musty. this.

i really liked the open area with a bar and seating it was in the center of the hotel. this made it easy to relax after going out for meals the bartender was quick with drinks. the room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. the air con was helpful during the heat.
the room i had wasn't super clean the floors left my feet a bit dirty when i walked around. the bathroom did not have good ventilation steam built up easily this made the room musty.

The staff was helpful with area attractions. I found them knowledgeable too. The hotel has a historic feel. It's close to many attractions. The location was excellent. I enjoyed the proximity to many restaurants. I found several dining options just a short walk away. The room was spacious and well-equipped. It gave me a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. Customer service felt excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The team makes you feel at home. Breakfast had fresh and tasty options. The room was very comfy and tidy, i slept well. The reception staff were always kind and friendly. Belen, the bartender, was fun and sweet, so I spent some time in the hotel bar. What a nice treat!
The room i stayed in had street noise, but it was not horrible.
