the staff provided a warm welcome and breakfast service was attentive. the leisure staff were efficient and friendly. the room was spotlessly very comfy and tidy and contained a coffee machine and robes. i found the pool and change rooms very clean.

i noticed a steep charge for parking. it was unannounced.

I found the room quite large and comfortable (a perfect nook for a romantic soul). the service i received from kelsey in the restaurant was great. She always made sure i had everything i needed. the main area felt very pleasant to sit in, especially with the fire.

The reception staff were very friendly. Our premium family room featured nice extras. Robes and sparkling water were available. The housekeepers arranged my son's teddies on his bed after cleaning. This was a thoughtful touch.
