mixed feelings about this stay

friendly staffsecure parkingbasic breakfast

the staff were friendly and helpful to me. the hotel location was ideal as it was in the centre of town with secure parking.

the room reminded me of a ship's cabin. there was a lot of noise on the landing at night, and this worried me about security. the breakfast was pretty basic considering the price i paid.

Decent Stay with Some Issues

My experience wasn't the best. The family room I booked required going up several flights of steep stairs! On top of that, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell, like cheap aftershave. The en-suite bathroom seemed poorly constructed and offered no soundproofing at all. The shower was also too low. The furnishings were in bad shape with chipped edges. It just wasn't a four-star standard.

The location was excellent. I was right in the city center and , made EVERYTHING very accessible. The breakfast buffet was a HUGE plus. It had a great selection and was well-stocked.

I found that the carpets in the common areas needed some attention. They looked a little dirty and could use A good cleaning. some of the furnishings in the room were a bit worn.
