vineyard views and modern comfort

the hotel is situated among vineyards. it gave me a real sense of being part of the champagne region. the breakfast had generous options. i was able to upgrade with champagne. the view from my room was beautiful. i walked right into my junior suite and said 'wow'.

the bar service seemed a little unwelcoming. i arrived just after closing and was turned away. this felt rigid for a hotel catering to a younger clientele.

The room had a large smart tv and a nespresso machine. the bathroom featured a great shower. i liked the availability of a balcony. It would be better in summer. there was easy parking and entrance access. it's beneficial for mobility-challenged guests.

underwhelming stay, issues with service

rubbish serviceworse hospitality

i found the bar service unacceptable, bordering on rude. we arrived at the bar around 12:01 am. it was full, and staff were actively making cocktails, but they refused to serve us. this is poor for a hotel that seems to target younger guests, instead of older ones. it was some of the worst hospitality i have ever experienced. we ended up in our room while other guests were partying

The hotel location offers fine views. The restaurant food was quite good. I also found the provided breakfast generous with many options.

The hotel had high-quality amenities and furnishings. I found the location very bucolic with enchanting views. The restaurant featured star-quality menus, drinks, and champagne. The staff showed friendliness, kindness, and professionalism, from reception to the restaurant. I was very impressed.

The room decor was very dark and not well lit at ALL.

The bar service was certainly something. I arrived at the bar at 12:01 AM and they refused to serve me. Apparently, serving young people is more important than serving all guests no proper dining tables so you camp around a coffee table eating. The lack of proper dining tables.
