The rooms were quite large. we had a comfort family room. the beds were super comfortable. I had the most amazing night's sleep. i loved the little packet of haribo sweets left on the pillow for when we arrived!!!

unfortunately my new iphone was stolen from our room. we checked out in the morning and realised the situation in the evening. the staff was not willing to be very helpful. i just pray that the insurance will pay us the price of the iphone.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they responded quickly to requests and provided useful information. check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. staff communication was excellent and always polite.

the hotel was next door to a netto supermarket, which we used in the evening to purchase some snacks. it was easy to access nearby attractions by car. the area felt safe and quiet. free parking was available on site.

i found the staff very friendly. the rooms were large and clean. the breakfast was excellent. scrambled eggs, sausages, normal eggs, fresh croissants, fresh bread, nice tea, excellent fresh beans coffee, lots of other stuff, yoghurt fruits etc were available.
