nice stay

good varietykind stafffriendly staffineffective air conditioning
the breakfast had variety and the staff were kind. i had the staff prepare coffee with special ingredients. i also spent time in the lobby bar and the staff were friendly. the piano music played on the weekend by frank was enjoyable.
the air conditioning wasn't effective as the room temperature stayed high. it seemed to function more like a ventilator. also, it didn't operate between 9 pm and 8 am so the room didn't cool down.

the staff were very attentive and quick to help with requests. there was a good response time for any inquiries. i found this to be consistent throughout my visit.

breakfast had fresh items and a wide selection. i had a meal at the trattoria enoteca and the food tasted delicious. the wine selection was also excellent at dinner.

i found the grounds superb. nice restaurants are near the hotel. the bus stop is about 5 mins walk. the spa area includes a swimming pool i used everyday after excursions.
the bed sheets had a noticeable odor, they were not dried properly.
