Our apartment, Parade, featured lovely amenities. I had access to WiFi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bathroom and bedroom were also lovely. I enjoyed the space we had.
The accommodation was clean however the ceiling fans were dusty. The dishwasher did not have rinse aid or salt. We were still required to wash some items afterwards.

the apartment provided pretty much everything i needed, including cooking utensils and enough storage for clothes.
I arrived at my allocated apartment and found a few faults. there was damaged kitchen cupboards, a cracked plate, and a burnt pan. the bed was also very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.

the room was clean and had a dishwasher, tv, and washing machine. the heating worked very well. the bar allowed dogs inside. the food menu could have more options for the evening.
The upstairs apartment wasn't ideal because i am almost 80. the settee was very uncomfortable. It was small for a week's stay. the utensils were also a bare minimum, i did not have wooden spoons. i think a wet room would be better for elderly guests.

Our Indulgent Lodge was beautiful and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A dog welcome pack included a water bowl, poo bags, and a small blanket, that was a lovely touch. Staff was lovely in the on site pub.
I booked through another website and then had to pay extra for my dog over the phone. I found the hotel basic and not all advertised extras were there. The hotel had air freshener, which caused an asthma attack.

The location is near the beach, a short walk brings you there. The complex is quiet and relaxing even during school holidays. It's a great location for visiting nearby towns and attractions.

Customer service included courtesy calls before our stay. The option to arrive a day early was available for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and cute, especially at reception and the pool.

Our cottage was clean and spacious. It was well equipped and warm. The master bedroom was spacious and the shower was decent. Minimal furnishings provided all essentials for a family holiday.

I stayed for several nights and found a couple of things disappointing. Our lodge had dirty walls and floors upon arrival. Toast crumbs were on the table and chopping board. The lodge looked tired. No WiFi was available in the lodge and cell signal was poor. It was difficult to book activities or order takeout. The arcade's change machine took my money. Many of the 2p machines were broken or jammed.
