The reception staff were friendly and efficient. they always greeted me with a smile and addressed me by name. i found that very personal and thoughtful. the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to ciutadella which i used. It was definitely convenient.

i noticed the gym lacked some updated equipment. specifically, the elliptical machine was out of order . this limited my workout options.
