the staff were very friendly. hanane and ibrahim at the bar were great. our waiter during the morning shift was also lovely. the room was spacious with a large balcony and a smaller one too.

the beds were small and a bit hard. the food was plentiful but not very good. there was noise in the room every evening. it was difficult to relax.

The room lacked thorough cleanliness. I found hair in the bathroom and shower, which wasn't pleasant. some staff members were quite rude. This contrasted with the pleasantness of others. the food was alright. It wasn't amazing, and i struggled to find enjoyable options from the array of dishes! the spa pool was also disappointing. There were clumps of hair and dirty towels around it.
